I had an uncle who when he drank at family functions could turn into a jackass, so I'm buying this.

This is a picture of Snooks "The Pigeon" Kelly who was incarcerated at Alcatraz in the late 1940s. He is shown here being released from solitary. Snooks was always known as a snappy dresser and had a heart-shaped tattoo emblazoned on his forehead.
