I thought that since tomorrow is a day associated with love and the heart, I would post about two stones that are commonly associated with them as well: rose quartz and rhodochrosite.
ROSE QUARTZ:
"Is known as "the stone of gentle love", bringing a peaceful calmness, a clarity to the emotions and restoration to the mind's harmony after chaotic or crisis situations. The energy is soft and silky, producing a gentleness from without and from within the user. It promotes receptivity to the beauty of art, music and the written word, enlivening imagination and a resurgence of young, warm love."
"The heart healer. Good for emotional wounds, grief. Transmits calm, especially to the heart center and opens one to divine love."
RHODOCHROSITE
"Provides love and balance on all levels for all bodies. Contains a pulsating electrical energy which emits the strongest power in the Universe, the power of Love. Using the stone during meditation may melt into the sphere of golden ecstasy making an encounter with one's twin soul highly possible if so directed."
