I was watching Fox 25 News this morning and they covered a story about a mysterious moving gnome like figure that has been terrorizing a town in South American. They showed a photograph, but I found a link to a new video, it was spotted in the past, but now is being seen more and more. The "gnome" on video looks like a garden gnome or the Travelocity gnome with a back pack. It could be fake. I mean, any midget could put on a pointy hat. But still, I am open to any possibilities... plus anything short and menacing is creepy.

I think it was computer generated...It looked d**n good though, but you'd be surprised what people can do with home computers and a dv camera nowadays...
